How Oregon's Wireless Report Was Sanitized

In 2020, Oregon Health Authority produced a legislatively mandated report on wireless radiation health risks in schools. Between the first draft (November 3) and the published report (December 31), categorical harm findings were systematically removed in two waves.

The first wave left a trail — tracked changes visible in the November 3 draft. The second wave was silent: after a senior administrator left margin notes on November 9, the November 16 draft fulfilled his requests without tracked changes, then inserted the report's headline "insufficient evidence" conclusion. Below are 20 documented changes, verified against all five drafts and the final report.
